SHOP staff in Tavistock are being warned to be on alert following several incidents of shoplifting in the town.
The first incident took place on Thursday, December 7 between 1pm-1.15pm in New Look when four black suede biker jackets, worth £39.99 each, were stolen. The offender is described as a male, wearing a puffa jacket and carrying a Sports Direct bag, CR100276.
The second incident took place on Friday, December 8 between 1.30pm-1.50pm, when a woman stole pyjamas worth £45 and a coat worth £85 from FatFace. She is described of larger build, about 5ft6 tall and in her early thirties with long blonde hair and wearing a flowery dress with a tie detail and a black cardigan, CR106282.
