A MAN was airlifted to hospital this morning (Thursday) following an incident involving machinery at Ginsters in Callington.

Emergency services were called to the factory on Moss Side Industrial Estate just before 9am, with Cornwall Air Ambulance attending shortly after.

A spokesperson from Cornwall Air Ambulance said: ‘The crew attended in Callington to treat an adult male who trapped his hand in the machinery and was transported to Derriford Hospital.’
