KELLY College celebrated their Olympic theme week, raising money for local charities, with a sports' themed mufti day, sports' events, a debating challenge, Olympic art workshops and a house competition.

Throughout the school there were some great displays of photographs and Olympic records as well as film footage of Olympics past.

One of the sporting events was the house marathon – where pupils from each house had to complete a 26 mile course around the school field, with most pupils running one mile.

There were also Olympic themed discos and a superb British Olympic banquet, prepared by the catering staff.

Staff and pupils made a great effort and money was raised for charities including the Devon Air Ambulance, Breast Cancer Awareness and the Dartmoor Rescue Group.
