ON Sunday Nathan Newton and Andrew Bowden from Tavistock Triathlon Club took part in the Windsor Duathlon at Dorney Lake.

In sub zero temperatures and icy conditions the pair had to run ten kilometres then cycle 40km and complete a 5km run to finish.

Nathan (pictured) took second place overall in his first event of the year.
