THE Spooner's Country Show is an annual event at the Bickham Park Estate, near Roborough.

It is a busy 'horse and dog show' with competitors in quality and quantity.

Last year's show persisted through heavy rainfall the evening before, leaving them with a damp Sunday morning. This year they hoped for sun, and they definitely got it. Multiple trade and food stalls were enjoyed by all in the good weather.

The main ring again hosted the inter hunt relay team, following a huge success the previous year. There were monetary prizes for intermediate and open show jumping classes.

It was another successful year Spooner's and West Dartmoor Hunt look forward to putting on another show in 2016.
