POSTBRIDGE farmer Ged Watson enjoyed success at the Cheselbourne Sheepdog Trial, held at Manor Farm,   Cheselbourne in Dorset. 

In the novice/open driving, in which 42 ran, he won with his dog Shep on 83 points. Second was Jane Harper from Jacobstowe with Meg.

Ged also took first, second and third in the open with his dogs, Taff, Shep and Jay, respectively. Fifth was R Watson of North Tawton with Max.
