OKEHAMPTON returned to league action with a comprehensive victory in a game they dominated from start to finish.

They took the lead in the 10th minute following a fine move down the right flank. Tom Stanbury and Dan Fogerty combined well before the former fired over a cross which Ross Voaden caught sweetly but was denied by a superb reaction save, though Jamie Mallett was on hand to despatch the rebound. Three minutes later and player of the match Mallett doubled the lead following more good interplay; he was on hand to calmly finish the move.

The second half continued in much the same vein but the visitors could not sustain any real pressure on the home defence.

Argyle made the game safe midway through the half when Ross Voaden latched on to a through ball to race clear and calmly finish in the bottom corner.
