LJT Reformer Pilates opens in Tavistock

A brand-new reformer Pilates studio has officially opened its doors in Tavistock, bringing movement, wellbeing and community together in the heart of the town. Located at Crelake Industrial Estate, above Tavistock Hire Centre, LJT’s new studio marks the third location for the growing business, which already has successful studios in Liskeard and Bodmin.

The new Tavistock space offers reformer Pilates classes designed for all abilities, from complete beginners to experienced movers. Reformer Pilates uses a specialist machine to provide gentle, resistance-based exercise that helps improve strength, flexibility, posture and balance, while remaining low impact on the joints — making it particularly beneficial for older adults looking to stay active, mobile and independent.
