A CALL has gone out this week for singers, dancers and actors to star in an upcoming Okehampton musical. West Devon Music Ministries will start rehearsing their next Christian musical on Tuesday January 15 at 7.30pm in the Fairplace Church, Okehampton. They are searching for anyone who enjoys singing, dancing and acting. Interested parties are encouraged to come along on January 15 for the initial sing through. Principal characters are still needed along with extras, a choir and dancers. All proceeds from the event will go towards charity — last year saw more than £1,000 raised. The musical is 'From Pharaoh to Freedom' and will be held in late spring. Performances will take place in Okehampton and the surrounds.
