VOLUNTEERS are required to help with an ongoing project to restore Victorian terraced gardens at Morwellham.
The work, on Sunday July 27, will involve helping the Tamar Conservation Group to clear a terraced garden in preparation for planting next year.
The group has the tools and the knowledge, but needs more manpower for the task.
Once restored, the fruit and vegetable gardens will be treated using traditional methods and old varieties of plant, without the use of modern fertilisers and insecticides.
