Why charge for cutting the grass?

I AM writing to say that the council in my mind were very wrong on the way they have handled the grass cutting of the church yard.

Why do the council charge when some councils don't charge for grass cutting?

Why was this put on the front page of your paper when the closure of the Market Hall was not? I think the latter was far more in the public interest. What has this council done to Okehampton?
