TAVISTOCK had to borrow players from Withycombe and North Tawton to make up numbers to play Cullompton, who are in the league above them.
Tavistock put up a good fight and kept Cullompton on their toes.
But Cullompton managed to outplay them on various occasions to create an overlap and score four tries.
Tavistock salvaged some pride with a try after sustained pressure by the pack. Captain Claire White grounded the ball.
