LIFTON Farm Shop came up trumps yet again in the flower and garden show — proudly showing off for the second year running the gold medal, which they won for their stunning 'Magic Farm-about' display.

The display, incorporating all the fruits, vegetables and flowers available from the shop, featured a working roundabout with the classic children's TV programme characters.

There were even sheep made out of cauliflowers grazing on the 'grass' around the edge of the roundabout.

Adam Mounce, as 'Dylan', and his wife, Laura (Florence) said they were delighted to have won the top award once again.

Adam said: 'We got the gold with Old MacDonald's Farm last year, so we thought we'd try the Magic Farm-about this year.

'It took a couple of days to put together, it's quite a lot of hard work and we put a lot of it together before we came.

'It's nice to do something different, and people do like to see our displays.'
