IN ORDER to further communication between the parents of Tavistock and their offspring, we plan to prepare a Tavyese/English dictionary, and would welcome contributions from others.
Here are three examples:
1, DURRABIT — Don't worry about it (spoken in a soothing tone to parents who are expressing concern as to state of bedroom).
2, HAMMIT — Hang on a minute (self-explanatory).
3, SLATER — See you later (also self-explanatory).
