COLLECTION days for waste and recycling will be changing for around half of West Devon's households from mid May. West Devon residents should keep an eye out for details in the post detailing the new collection days.

The changes are to enable revised routes for waste vehicles which will improve the efficiency of the collections and reduce the environmental impact of vehicle movements.

Postal notices will be sent out from April 23, to those households affected by the changes, followed by the new calendar of collection days.

If you do not receive a direct postal communication from West Devon Borough Council, you can expect no changes to your service — continue to put your waste and recycling out on the usual days.
