OH! When 'oh' when are hard done by car owners going to stop complaining. If only half of the local people left their cars at home and actually walked to town it would do them good and leave the roads less congested for the people who live further afield to get into town to shop and save the parking fees.
They think nothing of driving to Exeter and paying much more to park and have much further to walk to shop.
As for the moaning and complaining about the alterations going on, at least wait until it is finished before being so critical, you never know it might all work well, I certainly hope so if only to shut the moaners up for a while.
