THERE will a herd of 'Stags' heading for the historic Church House in South Tawton on Friday, May 9, to Sunday, May 11. Stags, or the South Tawton Art Group, will be staging a three-day art exhibition to co-incide with the flower festival at the village's St Andrew's Church. The group says it follows its highly successful exhibition from last year and all paintings will be 'unique, original art, created in Devon'. There will be Dartmoor landscapes, florals, still life and modern abstracts. Admission is free and refreshments will be available.
