Duchy Division 1 St Teath 0 Lamerton 2 STRUGGLING St Teath battling to stay in the division, gave all they could in a well contested encounter. Dave Byworth coming in from the left could have scored in the first five minutes, but his top corner effort whistled just wide. The best chance of the half fell when Dan Healy took the ball to the edge of the area and slipped in the advancing James Healy; but he took it too close to the keeper and his shot was saved. The second half saw St Teath dominate in the first ten minutes. But Lamerton took control again and managed a goal midway through the half. Dan Healy?s whipped corner was superbly met by Steve Gibbings from ten yards and his header flew in off the bar, giving the keeper no chance. Lammy were then comfortable winners and added a second ten minutes from time through Darren Sambells. Defender Simon Breyley could have scored at the death, but he blasted high and wide.
