CAKES, coffees and conversation were on offer recently at a Christmas themed coffee morning in Okehampton raising money to transform the lives of disabled and disadvantaged people in the community.

The Cosdon Friends Group, based in Okehampton, has supported local disability charity St Loye’s Foundation since the 1960s, organising community events to raise money.

Held in the Charter Hall, the coffee morning was a huge success, raising over £300 for St Loye’s Foundation and provided the Cosdon Friends Group with the opportunity to meet people in the community.
