A TALK and exhibition, illustrating the life of the benefactress of Winsford Cottage Hospital, will take place tonight (Thursday) at Halwill Junction. The illustrated talk will be given by Richard Russell, CVO, who is a distant cousin of Louisa Webb Medley, benefactress of Winsford Cottage Hospital. The talk is called, ?Molly Medley ? a very Edwardian Lady? and will take place at 7.30pm in Halwill Junction village hall. An exhibition of unique and recently discovered photographs of Winsford Tower and the Webb Medley family will follow the talk. The exhibition is on display at the Winsford Centre and are dated between the 1880s and 1917. Tickets for the evening cost £6 which includes wine and ?nibbles.? All proceeds will go to the Winsford Trust. There will be a coffee morning at the Winsford Centre on Saturday December 1 and the exhibition will be on display until then.
