I WRITE on behalf of the staff and cadets of Plymouth and Cornwall Wing ATC to thank all the parents and friends who turned out to support our ATC Sunday Parade and Church Service on February 8. Particular thanks go to Tavistock Lions for closing the roads to allow the event to take place safely and to the members of squadron welfare committee who served refreshments to 200 cadets and 40 staff at Crelake Cadet Centre. The Wing much appreciated the number of residents of Tavistock who turned out to watch. The event was most successful. I hope it will not be another 74 years before it happens in Tavistock again.
