Ford Street in Tavistock is currently closed to allow South West Water to repair a water leak.

The water supply was cut off to homes close by this morning, Friday, August 7, apparently due to a burst water main.

The mini roundabout at the junction between Ford Street and West Street was partly submerged in water.

Residents in Boughthayes and Meadow Brook woke up to no water, but households are now reporting that their water supply is back on.
