TAVISTOCK men firsts put out a strong team, that produced some superb hockey despite playing a team in the league above.

The final outcome was a 4-2 loss however this did not reflect fairly on the performance.

Notable individual performances from the home side came from Bob Carr, who scored an outstanding goal while virtually on the base line.

The second goal was put away by Luke Daniells who put an unstoppable shot into the back corner.

Harrison MacManers was Tavistock's man of the match.
