OKEHAMPTON farmers? market will get a Greek flavour this month, when there will be a one-off opportunity to sample some hand-picked and pressed Greek olives and olive oils from growers John and Mary Hayes from Torrington. The Devon couple spend six months of each year in southern Greece, working on their farm there. Their business ? ?Traditional, tried and tasted? ? now supplies several quality delis in Devon with succulent produce. They will be at the farmers? market in Fore Street on Saturday August 18 between 9am and 1pm ? bringing a little bit of the Mediterranean to Okehampton ?whatever the weather here.
