VOLUNTEERS are being sought to help out at the Tavistock Area Support Services? charity shop, on Barley Market Street. For seven years, TASS has operated a successful charity shop, which provides income to support the work of the charity, in making a difference to local people over 55. Andy Lyle, TASS?s general manager, said: ?Each day a group of wonderful volunteers man the shop from 10am to 4pm and without them we just could not open. ?We are in need of recruiting new volunteers to help us continue to make a difference through our charity shop.? Anyone who would like to help make a difference to local people, contact the Anchorage Centre on 01822 616958.
