ONCE again the people of Tavistock have proved to be most generous in their support of Children's Hospice South West.
A total of £571 was collected by a willing group of collectors from The Tavistock Friends Group of Children's Hospice South West, who braved the inclement conditions on Saturday, August 17, either outside Morrisons or in Tavistock town centre.
Because of your help the children with life-limiting conditions and their families, who use Little Harbour the hospice in St Austell, will be able to experience the chance to be a family again. Little Harbour is a special place which provides a loving and caring place for all the family: a sanctuary for mums, dads, brothers and sisters. It's a place where everyone can begin to forget their worries and find expert help and support in facing an uncertain future. It is also a place which is often filled with joy and laughter. By giving a donation you have helped to make this possible. Thank you on behalf of the very grateful families.
