PEOPLE are being asked to put on their walking shoes and support the Alzheimer's Society on a charity walk this Sunday.

The Memory Walk is the society's biggest annual fundraiser, and this year will start in the Pyramid Suite at Plymouth Argyle's stadium and go around Central Park.

There are more than 22,000 people with dementia in Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. The money raised from the Memory Walk will help to support them and their carers.

The walk starts at 2pm, with registration at 1.30pm and is open to people of all ages and dogs are also welcome.
