STOKE Climsland Amateur Theatrical Society's pantomime this year is its own take on Snow White.

With Snow White's 18th birthday looming, two party planners are recruited to assist with preparations.

However, the evil Queen Nemesis, who is consumed with jealousy, hires an assassin to kill Snow White — but the would-be killer loses his nerve and decides to protect her.

This torrid, tempestuous tale of a tactile temptress's jealousy along with deceit, betrayal, loyalty and passion goes hand-in-hand with all the usual songs, games and terrible jokes — it's not to be missed.

Performances take place at Stoke Climsland Parish Hall on Fridays and Saturdays February 22 and 23 and March 1 and 2 at 7.30pm with children's matinees at 2.30pm on each Saturday. Tickets are available from Stoke Climsland Post Office.
