THE popular Cavendish Singers will be performing at St Eustachius Church, Tavistock on Friday, April 5.

The singers, who have appeared in Iona, Iceland, Canada and France are making a rare visit to Devon — with Tavistock being one of only a handful of concerts they are giving in the county.

The programme entitled 'Music for Everyone' is a musical journey from the 15th century to the present day.

It will include madrigals, folk, sacred and songs from the shows.

There are no trickets for the evening but there will be a retirement collection.
