A CONCERT debuting the young talent in the Stannary Brass Band will be welcoming visitors to the Princetown Community Hall this weekend.

The concert will provide an opportunity for the young people in the training band to perform as well as the main band.

The band hopes the concert will encourage more people to learn to play a brass instrument and join them. It will not cost anything to learn as the band has instruments available to take home on loan.

Rehearsals take place on Wednesday evenings at Mount House School, Tavistock.

The concert, on Saturday at 7.30pm, will cost £5 for adults and £1 for children under 18s.
