AFTER a short break, Tavistock Area Support Services (TASS) is pleased to announce it will be re-opening its popular Tuesday morning book shop on November 4.

It will again be situated at the Anchorage Centre, and will be open between 9.30am and 1pm.

Co-ordinator for the Friends of TASS Bryan Podmore said: 'During our recent closure, we received lots of books of the highest quality and of interest to all of our customers.

'On our opening day we will be offering all books at buy one get one free, as a thank you to all who have attended the shop and helped TASS to raise money to help local people.'

TASS volunteers will also be manning the refreshments counter and everyone is welcome to come in and browse while enjoying a cup of tea.

Bryan added: 'Do come in for a look. I'm sure that you will be surprised at the prices and quality of the goods on display.'
