See the moor by bus — for just £1

THIS Bank Holiday Monday you can enjoy a day out on Dartmoor by bus for only £1.

On the 50th anniversary of the designation of Dartmoor as a national park, Devon County Council and Dartmoor National Park Authority have joined together to subsidise bus travel at key times on the moor.

A Dartmoor 'Sunday' Rover ticket bought for £1 on Monday August 27 will entitle the holder to unlimited travel for the whole day on Dartmoor by bus. The ticket can be bought from the driver of the first bus travelled on, but does not apply to the Tamar Valley or Dartmoor Line services.
