Duchy division 1 Lamerton 4 St Teath 0 LAMERTON were at full strength for the 1st time this season and proved too much for lowly St Teath. Straight from the off, they took control, keeping possession and creating good chances. After a couple of those were missed, Pete Broomfield latched on to a cross from Panda Williams to make it 1-0. Broomfield, Williams and fellow striker Steve Wickett then squandered one on ones and amazingly it was only the one goal at half time. Dan Healy came on to make the game safe with two quick goals, the 1st hitting the roof of the net after Wickett?s telling pass across goal. Simon Breyley followed another marauding run up field with some hefty but fair challenges and his well delivered through ball saw Healy make it 3-0. Wickett was provider again for the 4th and final goal, as he lay back a simple ball to the onrushing James Healy; his 1st touch took it past his man and he finished well with a left foot strike. It is now four wins out of six for Lamerton. This week is the Duchy KO cup away to Queens Rangers.
