Remember the old school?

HAVING recently purchased 'The Old School Room' at Jacobstowe, we are very keen to find out more about its history as the village school.

Searches at the Devon Records and Beaford Photographic libraries have proved fruitless so we are hoping that we may have more success by prompting any local readers who may possibly have an old photograph, school report or even first-hand experience!
