FIFTY members of 38 HQ Squadron 26th engineer regiment from Ludgershall in Wiltshire, ten of whom have recently returned from service in Iraq, will be taking part in the Remembrance Sunday parade through Okehampton this Sunday.

The regiment is currently on training exercises at Okehampton Army Camp and have agreed to join those marching in remembrance of those who died in two world wars and other armed conflicts.

The parade starts at 10.30am from the town hall and will be followed by a short ceremony at the town?s war memorial. Following the ?Last Post? at 11am, two minutes? silence will be observed before a church service. The parade marches back through the town centre at approximately noon.
