YELVERTON 1st XI?s top of the table clash with Exeter Civil Service was a victim of the wet weather and their East Devon rivals called the game off early on Saturday morning due to a waterlogged pitch. But Yelverton stay top of the division as all games in their division were abandoned at the weekend. Yelverton?s Second and Third XI games also fell foul of the weather and were both called off on Saturday morning. Yelverton Seconds were knocked off top spot as Plymstock Seconds managed to defeat Plymouth Thirds in one of the only games to take place in West Devon. This week, Yelverton?s 1st XI entertain Kingskerswell, whilst their Seconds go to Whitchurch for a local derby. Yelverton Thirds make the long trip to Holsworthy for their inter-divisional clash.
