Nachos and poetry are on the menu at the Parish Rooms this Saturday (November 21), as local charity the Santa Rosa Fund holds an evening of feedback and entertainment.

Supporters old and new are invited to come along at 7.30pm to hear about all the latest developments.

The charity has been delivering invaluable support to educational initiatives in Nicaragua for over 20 years.

The evening will be hosted by performance poet Rob Barrett, who has recently performed at Port Eliot Literature Festival. There will also be music from folk singer Mike Huber.

Entry is by donation to cover the cost of the room and people are encouraged to bring a bottle of something to enjoy. Nachos, dips and tea and coffee will be available.
