OKEFORD Veterinary Centre in Okehampton is running a photographic competition for pet owners to enter their pets photos, to support National Pet Month.
The three categories for the competiton, which runs until May 5, are children under 14 years old, humorous and action shots.
A small donation would be appreciated for each entry and prizes will be awarded to the winning photos for each category.
The practice is also inviting dog owners to come and test their dog's IQ with a series of fun games.
This will be run daily at the Okehampton branch from Monday April 13 to Friday April 17, between 10am and 4pm, with donations from both events going to National Pet Month and the PDSA.
This year marks 20 years of National Pet Month, which seeks to promote responsible pet ownership and raises valuable funds for animal charities across the UK.
