THIRTY-six children enjoyed a fun-filled week at Lifton during the first week of August, thanks to the Methodist Church's annual holiday club – this year called 'Pyramid Rock'.  

Children learned about the story of Joseph, his coat of many colours and his time in Egypt. They spent each morning doing crafts, games, listening to stories and singing songs.  

On the Friday parents were invited to the presentation ceremony, where children received participation medals, performed the Pyramid Rock song and showed their art and craft creations.  

The week culminated in a special family service on the Sunday, where children again sang and danced for the congregation and the whole church celebrated another successful holiday club.

Thanks were expressed to all the helpers.
