MEMBERS of the public were able to quench their thirst with two fine beers from Princetown in the 'Ales made in Devon' marquee. Each of the 12 Devon brewers were asked to supply two ales each and Dartmoor Brewery offered, straight from the barrel, their popular Legend and Dartmoor IPA beers made at their premises at Princetown. Tina Ryder, Dartmoor Brewery's national sales manager, said: 'I love the Devon Show because it is a great chance to meet so many people, especially some you have not seen for a long time as well as our regular customers and landlords. 'Thursday, especially, is a great day as its more of a country day. There is a huge growth in the drinks world of locally produced beers. It's lovely that all the local brewers work together and we are here not in competition but to relax and enjoy tasting each others beers along with the public.'
