THE annual Duke of York prize shoot was cancelled last month at Hatherleigh Shooting Club because of bad weather. However it was held instead on Sunday at Iddesleigh with Paul Taylor taking first prize. Barry Moss and Ken Woods were just two points behind in the handicap scoring. Top gun of the day was John Board while joint second in this category came George Lobjoit and Geoffrey Farenden.
