Seven parents and coaches from Tavistock Rugby Club recently updated their first aid skills with club sports therapist Steve Lilley. The courses successfully completed by the participants covered eight primary and four secondary first aid skills, including spinal injury management, bandaging and splinting — the participants were also able to learn how to use a defibrillator.
