ON Sunday afternoon there was a ?brilliant? Charter Hallowe?en party in the Pannier Market for over a hundred children. It was organised by our generous market traders? inspired by Caroline Raw and her family. Children of all ages had a wonderful seasonal party, thanks to the kindliness and generosity of our traders and our market staff, who supplied Hallowe?en food and fun and masks and a disco. The final touch was Butterfingers, a lady clown. It was an unforgettable party for our children for our charter year. Thank you everybody. Jenny Metcalf Mayor of Tavistock
