AN OPEN afternoon is being held at the 'Make a Difference' café at Trident House, Tavistock tomorrow (Friday) from 1pm to 5pm.

The café is run by the 'Make a Difference' charity for people who suffer mental health problems and anyone is welcome to attend the open day to see what the charity has to offer.

Activities and refreshments are provided in the three storey building where people can spend a relaxing hour or two in a safe environment.

The café also offers complimentary therapy for a small donation.
