REGARDING the letter last week from Louise McGee, I would like her to know I agree with her completely.

If at work you get treated as she has: she wants to do what I've had to do at least six times, that's look around for a better job with better prospects.

What she needs is a job that gives her a good salary, a pension many others would envy, at least two and a half months holiday every year, no compulsory weekend work, pay rises that doesn't depend on how good you do your job and lastly very, very difficult to be dismissed.

There must be plenty of these jobs about, so I wish her good hunting in her future employment.
