OKEHAMPTON Library took part in the Libraries Unlimited launch on April 23.

Libraries Unlimited is a staff and community-owned social enterprise now running the county’s libraries.

Last Saturday, the organisation held a @Librariesunltd selfie day social media campaign, urging people to take selfies in their local library.

Among those to take part in Okehampton was Cllr Kevin Ball. The library’s friends group received a grant from Cllr Ball’s locality budget for a projector screen, stand and picture book box, which he got the chance to look at during his visit.
