FOLLOWING last week's defeat against Torquay the home side started well and after a few early chances Okehampton deservedly took lead with some good passing from Will Cooper and Daan Rademaker fed the ball to Chris Luxton, who coolly rounded the goalkeeper to tap the ball into the empty net. The home side took the 1-0 lead into the second half.

The second half saw the game get stretched with both sides having chances with the home side's man of the match Chris Luxton hitting the post, Simon Bourne having a good strike saved by the goalkeeper and Sam Whalley seeing a couple shot go agonising wide. 

With 15 minutes remaining Okehampton were awarded a penalty flick. Up stepped Alex Emuss to take and convert the flick.  Torbay controlled the game in the last ten minutes and had a number of short corners but the defence of Tim Morgan, Will Cooper, Scott Bending, Ed Howard and goalkeeper Hayden Bond remained strong to win this hard fought game 2-0.
