PEOPLE'S family pet dogs are being attacked by other dogs, are the police worried? No! Because it's dogs like greyhounds, you know the skinny looking dogs that chase toy rabbits. If it was a pitbull then maybe, but that shouldn't matter; any dog has the potential to be a risk if handled wrongly.

As drivers we are constantly told to be aware of cyclists, make room for the cyclists on the road, thousands of pounds are spent building cycle paths, so tell me why as pedestrians do we have to get off the pavements because of cyclists! Are the police worried about this? No!

You should see Bishopsmead estate in the evening, cars bumped up on the pavements, entrances blocked, I am tired of watching mums with toddlers, elderly people or people that need a stick, battle to walk on a pavement built for them for their safety, and again are the police worried? No!

The funny thing is, the police drive around the estate on a fairly regular basis but don't seem to notice all the hazards.

Is it really going to take a serious injury before something is done about this? As in true British style, shut the gate before the horse has bolted!
