LOOKING forward to their debut gig at The Wharf on Saturday, July 15 is West Midlands based tribute Nirvana UK and with the death of singer Kurt Cobain now an incredible 23 years ago the demand for a Nirvana tribute band has seen tickets flying out from the Tavistock venue.

The band say they strive to be as close to the real deal as possible including the same clothes, instruments and effect box drums and pre amps the original band used, to ensure they recreate the band’s original sound.

You can expect the full spectrum of Nirvana’s live and studio catalogue from Smells Like Teen Spirit, Come As You Are, Lithium, Polly and Heart Shaped Box.

And punters may be shocked to find themselves faced with some Nirvana style anarchy and abuse of gear at the conclusion of their show – well, they do say they aim to be as authentic as possible!

This gig is proving particularly popular so advance ticket purchase is advised.
