WOMEN requiring the services of Tavistock Midwifery Team are this week reminded that the midwives are now working from a new base.

The service has been provided from offices at Spring Hill, just by Tavistock Hospital, for the last 15 years.

Community midwife Julie Harmsworth said: 'We have now joined the rest of the team at the Children's Centre at Tavyside Surgery, at Abbey Rise.

'We've tried to get hold of most ladies, but we'd just like to let people know if anyone has slipped through the net.'
